Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Cheeks JS Studios at cheeksjs.com.

1. Orders and payment

Studio orders are paid in full at checkout. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin the concept, with the balance due on concept approval. Work begins once payment and your completed form are received. All prices are in US dollars.

2. Delivery

Studio ads are delivered within 3–5 working days of receiving your completed form. Custom ads are delivered within 5–7 working days of concept approval. Growth Packs are delivered in batches over two weeks. Delivery is by private download link.

3. Corrections

If a delivered ad doesn’t match the details in your order form (for example, the wrong colour, product detail, text or call to action), you may request one round of corrections within 7 days of delivery. Corrections don’t include new ideas, changes of style, or additional versions; these are a new order. If no request is received within 7 days, the order is complete.

4. Custom concepts

Changes to a Custom order are agreed at the concept stage, before production begins.

5. Refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. Custom deposits are non-refundable once the concept has been delivered. No refunds are given once production has started.

6. Usage rights

On full payment you may use your ads for paid and organic purposes, on any platform, with no time limit.

7. Your materials

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every image, logo, claim and piece of content you send us.

8. References

We recreate styles and formats. We do not copy another brand’s footage, music, voice, logo or words.

9. Honest advertising

We don’t create fake customer testimonials or reviews. You are responsible for any disclosures required by the platforms and laws where your ads run.

10. Capacity

We accept a limited number of orders each week. Orders beyond that are scheduled for the following week.

11. Portfolio

We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
